The novel coronavirus has disrupted global supply chains and impacted consumer behavior.

While many businesses have shut their doors, FormPak Inc. remains open as an essential business, and our dedicated employees constitute an essential workforce.

That’s in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security’s Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce: Ensuring Community and National Resilience in COVID-19 Response

Federal guidelines issued in late March designate workers in a number of industries as part of our critical infrastructure workforce during the pandemic. These include healthcare, emergency first responders, food and agriculture, transportation and logistics, and energy.

Products produced and used by these industries include ingredients that are transported and stored in bulk bags or FIBCs. FormPak proudly manufactures and distributes bulk bag unloaders, bulk bag fillers and other critical process equipment used in producing these essential goods.

  • Food
  • Medicine
  • Cleaning agents
  • Emergency utility vehicles
  • Medical equipment
  • Paper products including toilet paper and tissues
  • Petroleum
  • Batteries
  • And more…

Because our equipment is vital to the supply chain for these products, production is critical in order to meet the level of need.

We are meeting this challenge by making every effort to protect our employees through social distancing practices. We are reducing population density where feasible and requiring hygienic practices in all of our facilities.

FormPak also continues to support to all of the industries we serve through our work-from-home staff. We will accept orders, providing drawings and keep our production schedule up-to-date as regulations are eased.

Open communication is critical during this time. Our team will share important updates and we encourage all customers, suppliers, associates and partners to do the same.
