Frequently Asked Questions
Working With Us
We have select stock items such as FIBC Bulk Bags that you can order today and it will ship tomorrow. However, most of our systems are custom designed. Typical turnaround time for custom systems is usually 6-10 weeks, but varies depending on the complexity of the system you require.
We offer international shipping on all of our products! Estimated shipping can be included as part of the quoting process.
We typically don’t offer physical installation, but we do offer startup assistance, which includes a thorough review of installation, scale and equipment calibration, and operator training for your team.
Warranties: All standard equipment comes with a 1-year warranty for parts and shipping. We also offer a 5-year warranty on our BagShaker system.
Guarantee: All of our systems are unconditionally guaranteed to work if material has been provided and tested in our facility.

Material Expertise
We have experience developing equipment for thousands of materials from sticky lipids to plastic pellets to crystalline materials with highly variable density and beyond. Connect with our team to see if we can develop equipment for your material.
Yes! Ship the material to us and we’ll conduct bench or full-scale tests and develop optimal equipment for unloading and loading. Plus, if you let us test your material any material handling equipment you order from us is guaranteed.
Bulk Bags
Bulk bags can theoretically hold up to 5,500 lbs, however most material types won’t exceed 4,400 lbs (2 metric tons) when the bags are filled completely.
Bulk bags are designed for the storage and distribution of dry bulk material. They are not designed to handle liquids.
Our bulk bags are made from woven polypropylene. Some bulk bags contain neoprene and PET, but ours currently do not.
Equipment
We design around any applications and challenges — including various heights, footprints, elevations, or other interferences.
The type of bulk bag loader you need largely depends on the application, desired throughput, and footprint requirements. As long as your material can fit through an 8-inch vertical pipe, it will be compatible with any loader or filler.
For more information on bulk bag loaders, check out this resource on optimizing your bulk bag fill rate.
The type of bulk bag unloader you need depends on the application and material characteristics, along with any environmental and physical constraints.
For more guidance, check out this resource on how to choose cost-effective equipment.
Depending on the elevation and spacing of your operation, you may require a conveyor system to carry the material through your process. Our team can help you determine the type of conveyor you need based on your material.
Our typical loader and unloader systems are built with four 2,500 lb load cells to create 10,000 lb scales. However, for operations that require high precision, we also have smaller feeder and scale hopper systems.
