The main product line of the Pneu-Con brand are Pellet / Powder receivers, which are an integral part of any central-powered vacuum conveying system. Pneu-Con offers complete systems “right sized” to your operation. We offer custom systems, complete kits, and all accessories and parts to service the life of your system.
Our standard receivers incorporate a uniquely simple automatic combination dump valve assembly attached to the mounting flanger. The dump valve’s flap will open automatically based on either the level of material in the affluent vessel or will close under vacuum condition.
Receivers come standard configuration or custom designed to customer specifications and need. Available in spun and welded aluminum, 304 stainless steel or mild carbon steel construction with standard “Mill” finishes. Filtration is achieved with pleated media cartridges or flat filters. Receivers can automatically clean the cartridges (online or offline) with Pneu-Con’s optional proprietary Vibra Pulse pulse-jet cleaning system to keep filters clear of accumulated dust.
