Heavy-duty tubular steel frame (4” x 4” x .25 wall) and cross supports, with integral I-Beam for hoist mounting, (4) 8” square mounting feet, pre-drilled, mild steel construction – coated in enamel paint

• 48” X 48” bag receiver hopper, ¾” x 8” square gyrator mounting plate, and 12” outlet flange suitable for mounting access box or iris valve, mild steel construction – coated in enamel paint
• Gasketed Access Box, 12” flanged top with clamp to attach to unloader discharge, mild steel construction – enamel paint
• 2 Ton System – Includes the 4” uprights above, and a 2 ton (4,400#) hoist, 15’ lift, 14’ per minute lift speed, motor driven trolley – 42’ per minute traverse speed, (4) button pendant control, chain container, 230-460/3/60
• Bag Lift 100-CA (Crane Adapter), one point pick up for hoist hook to lift bag by straps, tested and certified, and stenciled “Max Cap 2,200#”, mild steel coated in enamel paint
• 12” RCN (Rubber Coated Nylon) flex sleeve, (2) stainless steel clamps (for mounting between access box and equipment below
• 12” Manual Iris Valve for metering flow of material from bag or removing partially empty bag from system, aluminum body
• BagShakr System – To ensure flow and complete discharge from bags, includes:

  • (4) Flex bolt sandwich isolators
  • NEMA 12 Allen-Bradly gyrator “On/Off” selector switch, shipped loose for remote mounting
